Domestic watch part customers should send their orders for watch parts in by fax to our 800 fax number 1-800-900-3734. The fax number for international orders is 510-834-6217.

I am unable to answer every email question. Please keep your questions to a direct question about one of the 14,000 items we show on-line.

We do not handle, stock checks for the possible 800,000 watch parts we could be carrying via email. Please have your watch repair person order the part by the method with that the particular part you need is ordered. If you need to know what watch parts we have and which ones we can still get just phone 1-510-832-0355 Ext. 2 for watch parts inquiries during our office hours Monday to Friday 9-5 Pacific Time Zone. Our industry and business flow is based on almost daily orders from the same professional watchmakers who received the orders in the next day or two. It is not known until the order is shipped and received as to which parts are on back order, discontinued and no longer available. The next day the cycle begins again with a new order. If you want to be a customer of watch movements parts from us this is how we conduct business.

If allowing me to know who you are is all to personal for you please use the phone, or take your problems to someone else. The most common question is do we make International Shipments and what is the cost? Yes, we ship to most countries and we use Express Mail International Service (EMS Mail) for orders placed on line, which is delivered by your local postman. EMS Mail is the fastest way to get past your local customs office and it comes with $100.00 worth of insurance without paying extra. In most cases EMS mail cost about the same and sometimes less than Air Parcel Post with insurance.

Small watch parts orders for under $40.45 worth of watch parts can be shipped to most international countries by International Registered Air Letter Mail. The cost of this service for most countries of a letter weighing 4 ounces or less would be $14.95. Just place you small parts order of less than $40.45 on-line Select EMS mail and request in the order comments box that you want International Registered Air Letter Mail and we will adjust the cost of you order, when we process your payment at the time of mailing the goods.

To find out the shipping cost just click on the order button of the item you are interested in and you will be taken to the shopping cart, where you will notice the shipping rates for both domestic and EMS international shipping.

Alaska and Hawaii shipments will be made by Priority Mail with insurance. Please select the FedEx box and the cost of mailing the items will be adjusted.

Payment Methods We take Credit Cards. Our preferred method of customer payment is to take credit cards and to keep you as a valued customer. You will be assigned a customer number and you credit number will be saved for ease of reordering. The credit cards we take are American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa. When you place an order on-line a hold is placed against your credit card, which is not cashed in by us until we are ready to ship.

We also take Money Orders and International Postal Money Orders.

At this time we do not take PayPal.
